The Cat is open from first thing in the morning till when Blackjack goes to bed and whenever you call in, you can be sure that we’ll manage to rustle up something for you to eat.  But it’s not all about pies (even if Blackjack wishes it was), we have sausages for breakfast, stew for dinner, plus bread and cheese on offer all day. For those of you with a sweet tooth we have home made cakes and biscuits and a large selection of sweets.   We even do the healthy stuff, so if you fancy a salad or some fruit come and visit The Cat. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for, our vegetable stew is vegan as are many of our cakes. Just ask the serving staff for more details. With all that and more, what are you waiting for? Help us eat 1000 pies! Pies are one of our specialities, last Shielding we managed to sell over 700 and so this year we’re aiming even higher.
